Wesgroup owns and manages approximately 300,000 square feet of office space in Vancouver, North Vancouver and Richmond, BC.

In addition, we are currently developing new office space within four mixed-use communities, including The Brewery District (formerly the Village at Historic Sapperton) in New Westminster, Gateway 200 in Langley, PacificLink Business Park in Surrey and East Fraserlands in Vancouver, BC.
