Wesgroup has formed close working partnerships with the Fraser Health Authority which delivers integrated health care services to 18 communities in southwest BC, and Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), which provides health care services to residents in Vancouver, Richmond, the North Shore and the coastal mountain communities.
We have helped both organizations significantly reduce costs and save time, by providing a complete range of real estate services, including:
- sourcing appropriate acquisition opportunities
- securing sites and existing buildings
- expediting government approvals
- designing and constructing state-of-the-art facilities for occupancy
- managing and constructing tenant improvements
- providing ongoing property and facility management services
- In 2005, Fraser Health took occupancy of the Fraser Health Shared Services Facility, which integrates pharmacy, packaging, distribution and administrative functions. Wesgroup oversaw the approval, design, and construction of the state-of-the-art facility at Gateway 200 in Langley, BC, and continues to manage the property today.
In 2006, Wesgroup was selected through Partnerships BC as Vancouver Coastal Health's Strategic Partner, to manage and develop new community health center (CHC) facilities.
