Wesgroup owns and manages two multi-tenant residential properties.
These include The Valencia – a 14-unit, three storey apartment building located in Vancouver’s popular Kitsilano neighbourhood. We are also the manager and part-owner of the Esticana, a 90-unit, 12-storey apartment building located in Vancouver’s lively West End neighbourhood.
Currently, Wesgroup is developing new residential space within The Brewery District (formerly the Village at Historic Sapperton) in New Westminster, BC. East Fraserlands, which we are developing in partnership with ParkLane Homes, will also have a residential component.
