Wesgroup, in partnership with North Shore Credit Union (NSCU), is in the initial planning phases for the redevelopment of the 13th + Lonsdale site in North Vancouver, BC.
The intent of this proposed development is to create a mixed-use development featuring a new Lonsdale branch and head office for NSCU. Through the creation of permanent employement opportunities on site and the provision of multi-family housing in proximity to jobs and services, this redevelopment will contribute to a vibrant, diverse and highly livable community.
