We have been acquiring land in the path of progress for more than 50 years. As a result, we understand exactly what is needed to construct, execute and close on an equitable sales deal. We have also developed the in-house talent and experience to handle more complex opportunities, such as those that involve brownfield sites, complicated zoning issues, or non-traditional financing agreements.
We have recently acquired four former Shell Gas Station sites within Metro Vancouver that are currently in the initial planning phases of turning each of these sites into mixed-use projects, brought back to ecological health.
