All buildings in Wesgroup’s portfolio are managed, serviced and maintained by our in-house property management division. In addition to ensuring our tenants have a safe, healthy and secure work environment, our team is dedicated to providing prompt service, fair value and expert advice.
We also work hard to keep operating costs low. This is achieved, in part, through regular preventative maintenance programs designed to extend the life of vital building equipment and structures.
In 2006, we launched the Wesgroup Service Centre. This online resource enables our tenants to provide and access key information quickly, by allowing them to submit and track their maintenance requests in real time.
